It includes up to 5 hours of live remote training for your team (up to 4 sessions, used within 30 days of go-live) and a 30-minute follow-up call about a month in. And QuickBooks questions don’t get punted: a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor on our team runs a QuickBooks Integration Check on your file and gives you a short checklist of anything to change.
Billing starts at go-live, or 30 days after the implementation fee is paid if that comes first. Your first monthly invoice arrives on the 1st of the next month, with no charge for the partial month, and is paid by Intuit Autopay (card or ACH). Prices exclude sales tax.

We load your price list, material and labor rates, customer list, and open jobs (about 1–2 weeks after we have complete files), then train your team live — up to 5 hours over as many as 4 sessions in your first 30 days. A QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor checks that your QuickBooks file is set up to receive Teravo Pro data: account mapping, products and services, deposits, sales tax, and job structure. You or your bookkeeper make any changes on the checklist. It isn’t bookkeeping or a cleanup of past books.
