Teravo Pro is business software for contractors, provided by Teravo Pro (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.
You’re responsible for the people you invite, the permissions you give them, and keeping sign-in credentials secure. The service is for your company’s own business use.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the published rate for your plan, plus a one-time implementation fee at signup. Plans are month-to-month: cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. The implementation fee is non-refundable once implementation has been performed. Prices for new billing periods may change with advance notice.
Everything you put into Teravo Pro — customers, jobs, pricing, proposals, files — belongs to your company. We host and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On cancellation you may request an export of your data.
Don’t use the service to break the law, send spam, infringe anyone’s rights, or attempt to breach or overload the systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
Connections to third-party services (such as QuickBooks) are governed by those services’ own terms, and depend on those services staying available to us. Emails and messages sent through your connected accounts are sent at your direction.
We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the outcomes of bids, contracts, or jobs you manage using the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
