Your data is yours. We use it to run the product for you, and for nothing else. We don’t sell it, rent it, or use your customer list for anything besides showing it back to you.
Account information you give us (your name, email, company details); the business data you put into the product (customers, jobs, bids, proposals, pricing, photos, files); and basic technical logs (sign-ins, errors, and usage needed to keep the service working and secure).
To provide the service: storing your jobs, generating your proposals and PDFs, sending the emails you configure (such as proposals and follow-up sequences from your own email address), and syncing with integrations you connect, such as QuickBooks and Google Calendar. We also use aggregate, non-identifying usage information to improve the product.
The people you invite to your company account, according to the roles you give them. Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf (hosting, database, and email delivery). When you connect an integration like QuickBooks or Google Calendar, data moves between Teravo Pro and that service at your direction, under that service’s own terms. We disclose data if the law requires it, and otherwise we don’t.
Names, addresses, and job details you store about your customers are your records. We process them only to run the product for you. E-signatures collected on proposals are stored with the job they belong to.
If you connect Google Calendar, Teravo Pro asks Google for permission to view and manage your calendar and to see your Google account email address. We use that access for one purpose: putting your sales appointments and installation dates on a calendar your team can see, and keeping them current when the job changes. Specifically, Teravo Pro creates its own calendars inside your Google account (one for installs, one for sales appointments), creates, updates, and deletes events on those calendars, and reads those calendars back so the same appointments can be shown inside the product. We do not read, change, or delete events on any other calendar in your account. We use your Google email address to show which account is connected.
We store the authorization token Google gives us so the connection keeps working; it lives in our database, which is encrypted at rest, and it is tied to your company account only. We do not read email, contacts, or files, and we do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, for training AI models, for building profiles, or for any purpose other than the calendar sync you turned on. Google user data is never sold and is never shared with third parties, except with the infrastructure providers that host the product on our behalf, or as required by law. Only the members of your company account with scheduling access can see the appointments involved.
Teravo Pro’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Integrations section of Setup, or by removing Teravo Pro from your Google account’s connected apps. Disconnecting deletes the stored token; events already on your calendar are left as they are. If you cancel and ask us to delete your company’s data, the token and our record of which events we created are deleted with it.
We use cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel, you can request export or deletion of your company’s data by contacting us.
